To provide training and technical assistance for prosecutors, law enforcement, Adult Protective Services, and all other partners in the coordinated response against elder and vulnerable adult abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation.


To assist in the development of local protocols for the investigation of crimes against vulnerable adults, elder death review teams, and multidisciplinary investigative teams.


To provide quality and up-to-date legal reference materials to assist prosecutors and all involved professionals to more effectively prosecute and handle vulnerable adult abuse cases.


To provide and encourage a dedicated liaison between all necessary personnel to work for better coordination in the reporting, handling and prosecution of adult abuse cases
