The PACC Executive Committee has 5 members:

    diamond the Attorney General, or designated representative;
    diamond the PAAM president (Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan);
    diamond three county Prosecuting Attorneys, elected by PAAM members for an annual term, to represent a county having a population of:
    · over 400,000 persons
    · 100,000 - 400,000 persons
    · under 100,000 persons.
